ENQUIRIES & ORDERS

May be made using our website, or by telephone on +44 (0)1953 488947 or +44 (0)7979610572. Every effort is made to accurately describe and portray all our products in detail, however if further information is required please telephone the order line.

PAYMENT

May be made by telephone using all major credit & debit cards, but excluding American Express. Payment may also be made by cheque if order sent by post (cheque made payable to Classic Cotton). No surcharge for credit cards.

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All items remain the property of Classic Cotton until paid for in full.

DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched as soon as possible but no later than 28 days from receiving order. Out of stock items delivery will be notified.

Any customers requiring internation delivery should contact us using our website or order line telephone number. To avoid invalidating any claim all damage or losses to ordered goods sustained during delivery must be reported immediately on receipt.

REFUNDS

If you find any material fault with a product or the item is not suitable for a particular reason we will be happy to refund the purchase price on receipt of the returned goods and the relevant receipt as long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase.

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not delighted with the product that you have purchased you may exchange the item within 30 days of purchase, or we will give you a credit note to be used with us within a period of 6 months. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so we would suggest that to obtain a relevant postage certificate when items are returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.  If goods are being refunded due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.

Products returned for refund or exchange should be in unspoilt condition and should be accompanied by their original packaging materials and the invoice.
